This average golfer has the usual pain that sometimes comes along with a combination of aging and golf. Although I try to stretch and exercise the right places, I still can’t get totally pain free and suspect that I’m not alone. The link here sounds like a good solution and it’s on my list to do. Tomorrow I’ll be taking the challenge of Mid Pines and hopefully it will be a pain free day! Happy golfing!
