Knee Cap Exercise

This average golfer was playing recently and experienced a knee cap “pop” on the fairway after a shot. At first it felt bad and I thought that I blew my knee out, but when I got to the green, I squatted down to get a line on my putt and the knee seemed to “pop” back in. This has been happening from time to time and I’ve brushed it off as aging knees. I came across this link to an exercise that I think may help my problem and wanted to share it.
